Onet Propreté is looking for a [position] for its office in the 18th arrondissement of Paris:
Hotel Sector Manager (M/F)
Reporting to the Branch Manager and the Operations Manager, you will lead your team to ensure the proper delivery of services and cleaning, the satisfaction of hotel clients, and the achievement of your objectives. You will be in direct contact with your clients and will be required to visit their sites and premises on a regular basis. Your responsibilities are organized around four main areas:
Management / Operations:
- You manage several teams of General Housekeepers,
- You ensure that your team provides cleaning services (often on rotating shifts) at client sites,
- You maintain a positive work environment,
- You oversee the organization of projects and sites (staff, work schedules, services, equipment, and products) to ensure the financial profitability of your operations,
- You ensure the proper management of the equipment fleet,
- You conduct inspections and ensure compliance with specifications,
- You analyze, comment on, and summarize project reports with the Operations Manager or Branch Manager,
- You handle client reporting in collaboration with the Operations Manager and Quality Manager.
Business Development:
- You regularly follow up with clients in your portfolio,
- You ensure client satisfaction and manage day-to-day client interactions,
Human Resources Management:
- You select and recruit staff,
- In collaboration with your agency, you submit requests for contracts, contract amendments, bonuses, and overtime, and forward contract, payroll, and billing-related documents to the administrative departments,
- You process weekly timesheets,
- You ensure that staff are trained, authorized, and qualified to perform the work,
Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment:
- You ensure that QHSE procedures and operating procedures are followed,
- You monitor security-related clearances and authorizations,
If you have at least a two- or three-year post-secondary degree in management, business, administration, technical studies, hygiene, cleaning, or a related field, and have proven experience supervising projects and leading teams, then this position may be of interest to you.
You must have significant experience in the cleaning and hospitality sectors, but candidates with a background in operational team management in the restaurant, event, or hospitality industries will also be considered.
You have a managerial temperament, strong organizational, interpersonal, and sales skills, and are proficient with computer tools.
Versatile, respectful, and a team player, you know how to listen and take initiative.

Regular travel within the Paris region is required (Class B driver’s license required).
