Process customer invoices
Enter supplier invoices (post journal entries to the appropriate accounts, file invoices)
Enter expense reports
Enter, review, and post customer invoices
Track inventory
Perform monthly post-closing reviews (payroll, customer invoicing, vendors)
Ensure compliance with monthly analytical deadlines
Collection Specialist
- Tracking Unpaid Invoices
- Follow up with clients (by phone, email, mail, or in-person meetings)
- Notify the Branch Manager
Ensure the reliability and integrity of data
Perform routine administrative tasks, including greeting visitors and answering the phone, handling mail, preparing reports, filing, etc.

Your profile:

Ideally, you will have some initial experience in this field, and be proficient with IT tools (Pack Office).
You will be rigorous, autonomous and comfortable working in a team, with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
