We are hiring for our Ile-de-France regional office:
Regional HR Manager (M/F)
Reporting to the Regional Director, your responsibilities will include the following:
HR Policy Management:
Design and oversee operations related to workforce and skills planning and performance management
Implement a career management policy
Manage and implement initiatives arising from the training policy within their scope, in support of operational staff
Define the compensation policy for their entity, oversee the management process for base pay, performance pay, and bonuses, and ensure their implementation in a manner that ensures internal consistency
Lead HR projects within your entity and participate in Group-wide projects
Legal and Social:
Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment and effectively managing relations with employee representative bodies
Help develop agreements and action plans with labor partners and monitor their implementation
Coordinate relations with administrative authorities, labor inspectors, occupational health services, etc., and monitor sensitive cases
Manage labor disputes and disciplinary proceedings
HR Tip:
Respond to requests from operational staff across all areas of HR: labor law, training, recruitment, employment contracts, career management, compensation, and management of employee benefit plans…
Management :
Set up, manage, and optimize the organization of your department
Participate in monitoring and advancing the career development of your employees
Conduct annual performance reviews for your team
Comply with and ensure compliance with the rules, methods, and procedures (internal group policies, legal and regulatory requirements, and management guidelines) applicable to the performance of your duties
You have a college degree in Human Resources and/or labor law, or an equivalent qualification.
You have proven experience in multi-site HR and a proven track record in labor relations management.
Known for your interpersonal skills and commitment to service, your diplomacy, and your ability to work as part of a team, you are also an excellent listener and have a highly practical understanding of your field
