Your role is a key one: you help to ensure that employee files are properly kept (correspondence, medical check-ups, absence management, etc.). To do this, you work closely with the branch manager of the establishment concerned.
In addition, you will be in charge of the HR side of the 200 to 250 employees attached to your sector, from the preparation of hiring documents (DPAE, contract....) to the management of disciplinary procedures (from warning to possible dismissal), the planning and management of employee training and the preparation of their pay (entry of variable pay elements).
