Based at the Onet Services office in Bourges,
You play a key role as the link between the administrative department and operations. In this capacity, you assist the operations department with the daily planning and organization of service calls while coordinating field teams with customer requests. You serve as the primary point of contact—particularly with France Travail—for posting job listings and pre-screening candidates when there is a need for fixed-term contracts. Once approved by the operations department, you draft employment contracts, create schedules, and enter the variable pay components for fixed-term hires.
In addition, you will assist the branch manager with scheduling appointments, managing the CRM system, handling the administrative aspects of bids, preparing reports, and creating dashboards.
