Offer description

Your mission

Onet is hiring an HR Project Manager (M/F)for its headquarters in Marseille (9th arrondissement) as part of a work-study program.

Reporting to the Head of Onet University, you will contribute to the promotion and development of the skills of the Group's employees. You will participate in the management and follow-up of certification training courses.

 

In this context, your main tasks are as follows:

  • Support the team in organizing, planning and providing logistical support for training courses
  • Ensure administrative follow-up of training courses
  • Help improve activity and monitoring indicators to promote the University's missions.
  • Contribute to the improvement and development of the training programs
  • Participate in various Onet University projects
Your assets

With at least a 3-year degree in human resources or equivalent, you're looking to invest in and develop your skills within an international group that's constantly expanding. 

You are known for your good interpersonal skills, thoroughness and adaptability. You also enjoy working in project mode, have a sense of service and are discreet.
