Participate in the implementation of various HR projects
Analyze professional interviews and annual reviews
Participate in the management and digitization of training (budget management, administrative management of files, etc.)
Setting up partnerships with schools
Participate in implementing and monitoring the company's inclusion policy
Create HR communication tools for employees
Monitor the proper application of flexible working time agreements
Participate in payroll controls (check for errors, manage forms attached to pay slips, etc.).
Checking compliance of foreign workers and business cards
Control and follow up on files relating to arduous work and health insurance.
Manage HR dashboards and prepare indicators

Your assets

With a minimum of a 4-year degree in human resources, you're looking to invest in and develop your skills within an international group that's constantly expanding.

You are rigorous, responsive and autonomous. You are a team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

You have good writing skills and a good command of office automation tools.
