The operational performance engineer plays a crucial role in optimizing resources to efficiently achieve business objectives.
Your missions will be :
- Business process analysis: Analysis of existing processes to identify problems. You will size and plan operational requirements in conjunction with the head office planning department.
- Data collection and analysis: distribution of reports and visuals to optimize key indicators (KPIs) (human, material and financial)
- Training and awareness-raising: You ensure compliance with rules and procedures within the station in terms of occupational health and risk prevention.
- Ongoing monitoring and evaluation: Once the solutions have been implemented, the engineer regularly monitors and evaluates performance to ensure that targets are being met, and identifies areas where further adjustments may be necessary.
- Communication with various third parties: you will be the main point of contact for the airport, airlines, suppliers, etc.
With a background in engineering, you have a first significant experience in project management. Combative by nature, you strive to achieve your objectives as quickly as possible. Communication is one of your strong points.
Required skills : project management, data analysis software (Excel), communication, methodical, rigorous, reactive and versatile.
