Driver reception: Ensure a warm and efficient welcome for truck drivers at the point of departure.
Control of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Ensure that drivers wear the appropriate protective equipment in accordance with safety standards.
Safety briefing: Provide essential safety information to drivers before departure, including emergency procedures and current regulations.
Departure Schedule Management: Plan and coordinate truck departure times according to operational requirements and deadlines.
Appointment scheduling support: Help drivers book and coordinate appointments using the appropriate software tools.
Reservations and Loading Control: Check cargo reservations, supervise the loading process, and make sure everything is up to standard.
Vehicle control: Carry out visual and documentary checks on trucks, including size, registration, on-board documents (BL - Bon de Livraison), etc.
Explanation of the route and provision of an access map: Provide detailed information on the planned route and provide drivers with an access map.
Handing out a Color Numbered "Card": Assign and give drivers a visual or digital device to guide them to the site or pier.
Use of dematerialization tools: Use computer tools and dematerialization software to carry out checks and record departure data.
