As an engineering and services company, Onet Technologies' main mission is to support nuclear industry players in project development, operation, maintenance in safe conditions and decommissioning of nuclear facilities.
Our activities are grouped into 3 main business lines: reactor design, maintenance and modification; dismantling, decontamination and nuclear waste treatment; operator services and training.
Within the Operations and Training Department, and reporting to the Human Resources Manager (scope of 1,500 employees), your tasks will be as follows:
- Hiring follow-up and creation of permanent, fixed-term and work-study contracts
- Updating contractual documents: amendments
- Training: implementation and follow-up of professional interviews and 6-year reviews
- Labor relations: preparation of materials for employee representative bodies
- Monitoring and deployment of the Inclusion and QVCT policy
- Checking that foreign workers are properly employed and trained
regulations
- Manage HR dashboards and prepare indicators.
The position is to be filled on a fixed-term contract for 6/7 months, at the Onet Group headquarters in Marseille 9e.
You have a degree (bac+3/+5), specializing in human resources or law, and at least 3 years' initial experience in a large group. You must also be proficient in Excel (TCD and V search).
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and you're very thorough.
