Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, you will contribute to the success of the annual recruitment plan, working with our operational staff to target, assess, recruit and retain new talent. In charge of your area of responsibility, you will contribute to the company's operational performance by defining the recruitment strategy and developing the employer brand.
As such, your main tasks are as follows:
Travel is an essential part of the job.
With a degree in human resources, business school or equivalent, you have at least 5 years' experience in recruitment in a firm or company. You are familiar with sourcing and interview techniques.
You are recognized for your ability to listen, your sense of service, your ability to take a step back and your teaching skills.
You have excellent writing and interpersonal skills, and a strong team spirit.
You are proactive, methodical, organized and able to work independently.
You are proficient in managing an ATS (ideally TalentSoft) and the Pack Office, and have experience as a functional HRIS administrator.
Your English is fluent (written and spoken).
