Offer description

Your mission

Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, you will contribute to the success of the annual recruitment plan, working with our operational staff to target, assess, recruit and retain new talent. In charge of your area of responsibility, you will contribute to the company's operational performance by defining the recruitment strategy and developing the employer brand.

 

As such, your main tasks are as follows:

  • You recruit your portfolio in liaison with managers, adopting an appropriate approach according to needs,
  • You define the sourcing strategy, produce the recruitment; pre-screening of applications, telephone pre-qualification and recruitment interviews. You select and propose a list of suitable candidates and advise managers in their decision-making process.
  • You train, raise awareness and empower managers on the subject of recruitment, inclusion and integration.
  • You contribute to the development of recruitment networks by promoting the inclusion and diversity of profiles (Cap Emploi, school partnerships, GEIC, institutional partners, etc.). You monitor the situation and develop relevant partnerships with schools,
  • You take part in various recruitment events (forums, job fairs, job dating, etc.),
  • You will conduct studies and take part in HRD projects for the Group,
  • You will be responsible for the administration of our ATS Recrutement (setting up and upgrading the tool, managing rights, managing advert templates, etc.),
  • You will participate in the optimization or creation of processes, and identify new areas for development or improvement,
  • You will work with the communications department on employer branding issues,
  • You contribute to the regular production of quantitative and qualitative reports.

 

Travel is an essential part of the job.

Your assets

With a degree in human resources, business school or equivalent, you have at least 5 years' experience in recruitment in a firm or company. You are familiar with sourcing and interview techniques.

 

You are recognized for your ability to listen, your sense of service, your ability to take a step back and your teaching skills.

 

You have excellent writing and interpersonal skills, and a strong team spirit.

 

You are proactive, methodical, organized and able to work independently.

 

You are proficient in managing an ATS (ideally TalentSoft) and the Pack Office, and have experience as a functional HRIS administrator.

 

Your English is fluent (written and spoken).
