Job Opening: Recruitment Specialist (M/F), Fixed-Term Contract, Bouches-du-Rhône (13)

Organize, coordinate, and facilitate recruitment campaigns and job fairs, while assisting managers in evaluating candidates and making hiring decisions.

Develop and maintain partnerships with local employment stakeholders (France Travail, Missions Locales, training organizations, associations, etc.) in order to expand our pool of candidates.

Identify and implement innovative solutions to optimize our recruitment efforts and address the challenges of making our professions more attractive.

Contribute to the development of our employer brand through various recruitment events and initiatives.

Your role will primarily focus on recruiting operational staff; however, depending on the department’s needs, you may also be called upon to assist with the recruitment of support staff, supervisors, and managers.

The position is based in Marseille and requires regular travel to our sites in France.

Your profile

You have a proven track record in recruitment, ideally gained at a temporary staffing agency.

You are comfortable managing high-volume recruitment projects and can thrive in an environment where responsiveness, quality of service, and a sense of priorities are essential.

As a true partner to operational teams, you thrive in the field and know how to build trusting relationships with your contacts. You enjoy tackling the challenges of recruiting for hard-to-fill roles and proactively suggest the best sourcing and talent attraction strategies.

Known for your organizational skills and your ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, you demonstrate independence, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills.

You enjoy working as part of a team and want to grow in a dynamic environment where versatility is a real asset.

Proficiency in sourcing, pre-screening, and managing recruitment campaigns (job fairs, forums, employment partnerships, etc.) is essential.
