Onet Propreté is seeking a:
Business Manager F/H
Within the Regional Division, you will implement the commercial strategy within your area of responsibility by offering cleaning and other services to corporate clients.
Your main tasks will be as follows:
Manage and develop the client and prospect portfolio for your sector.
- Respond to consultations, private and public calls for tenders, and manage project files,
- Conduct technical and financial estimations for consultation files,
- Prepare and format consultation files with the support of sales assistants,
Prepare and lead commercial presentations with operational and regional teams.
Conduct competitive intelligence for the relevant sector and master the economic landscape within your scope of intervention.
- Collaborate with the national key accounts team,
Provide regular reporting to your hierarchical superior.
With a 5-year post-graduate degree in business or equivalent, you have initial experience in a sales development position, close to customers and above all in the field, ideally in the business services sector.
You are a "hunter" recognized for your excellent interpersonal skills and your taste for the field.
You have excellent writing skills and are well-versed in negotiation techniques.
