Your mission

Would you like to contribute to strategic projects in the nuclear industry and lead high-value-added proposals?

Join us and help make major projects a success for our clients.

As part of our business expansion, we are seeking a Project Manager for Bidding and Contract Onboarding who specializes in contracts in the nuclear sector.

You will work on strategic nuclear logistics projects, particularly on major LNP-type tenders, overseeing the bid process from preparation through to the operational launch of the contracts awarded.

Your responsibilities:

  • Management of RFP Processes

Analyze the bidding documents (bidding specifications, technical specifications, bidding rules, etc.).
Define the response strategy and assemble the project team.
Develop and oversee the schedule for preparing bids.
Coordinate contributions from various internal stakeholders.
Report on progress and monitor key performance indicators.

  • Production and Quality of Bids

Oversee the drafting of technical proposals in accordance with client requirements.
Ensure the overall consistency, quality, and competitiveness of proposals.
Ensure compliance with documentation requirements and client expectations.
Capitalize on lessons learned from previous requests for proposals and ongoing contracts.
Identify and promote innovative and differentiating solutions.

  • Cross-functional coordination

Collaborate with the cost estimation teams in preparing the financial proposal.
Work closely with support functions (Contract Managers, Legal, Insurance, etc.).
Coordinate the technical teams as well as the Q3SER functions (Quality, Safety, Health, Security, Environment, and Radiation Protection)
Oversee internal approvals

  • Set up bid evaluation committees.

Consolidate inputs and develop decision-making materials (summaries, risks, schedules, costs).
Facilitate internal reviews and challenge technical and organizational assumptions.
Ensure that approvals are obtained within the specified deadlines.
Contract defense, negotiation, and launch

  • Prepare and facilitate technical defense presentations.

Lead technical discussions with clients and address any identified discrepancies.
Oversee the necessary adjustments with the business teams.
Ensure the technical consistency of the proposed solution.
Ensure risk management and compliance with contractual commitments.
Support the preparation and launch of contracts in collaboration with the operational teams.

Your assets
  • A master's degree (or equivalent) from an engineering school.
  • Substantial experience in tender management and/or project management in the nuclear sector.
  • A good understanding of the EDF environment is essential.
  • Expertise in the technical, contractual, and operational issues related to nuclear contracts.
