Job Opening: Site Manager – Food Industry Cleaning (M/F), Permanent Position, Finistère (29)

Reporting to the director of the Onet Services Industries Agroalimentaires branch in Caudan, you will oversee the management and delivery of cleaning services at an agri-food facility, in accordance with the specifications and in compliance with applicable rules and procedures. You will serve as the direct point of contact with the client.

Your missions are as follows:

Operation:

Organize the site in accordance with the specifications (human resources, equipment, etc.),
Ensure and oversee the proper implementation of cleaning services,
Ensure compliance with QSE procedures and operating procedures,
Conduct inspections with the support of the branch’s QSE Manager,
Ensure that safety guidelines, procedures, work instructions, and operating procedures are followed, and that PPE is used,
Analyze the website's activity data and implement continuous improvement measures,
Monitor the operating statement and financial indicators for your area of responsibility,
Ensure staff training: certifications and skills required to perform food-industry cleaning services,
Compile weekly timesheets and submit them to the administrative department.

Management :

Supervise the agri-food facility team: team leaders and service staff,
Welcome and onboard new employees,
Listening to staff to anticipate problems and find solutions,
Ensure a positive work environment.

Equipment management and maintenance :

Manage inventory of products, supplies, and PPE, as well as their distribution,
Ensure that the materials and equipment used are in good working order and that periodic inspections have been performed,
Ensure that cleaning equipment is properly maintained

Additional information:

Monday through Friday (very rarely on weekends)
Work hours between 5:00 p.m. and 4:00 a.m., depending on the activity

Your assets

With a college degree in the agri-food sector or significant initial experience in team management at an agri-food production facility, you are a hands-on professional known for your ability to work in a team, your interpersonal skills, your attention to detail, and your organizational skills.
