Job Opening: Nuclear Project Manager - M/F, Permanent Position, Finistère (29)

As part of the expansion of our naval defense operations, we are hiring a Project Manager to oversee our construction, decommissioning, and nuclear services projects in the Brittany region.
Reporting to the Reactor Decommissioning division, you will contribute to the business development of our branch and manage large-scale projects.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Provide technical and contractual oversight at each phase of the contract, coordinate and manage the assigned resources, in collaboration with the engineering teams and the construction division of the Reactor Decommissioning Business Unit,
Identify and manage material and human resources,
Draft technical purchase specifications, supplier/customer orders, and related invoices,
Control costs and project timelines,
Advise clients on needs analysis both during the bidding phase and throughout the contract period,
Draft proposals and quotes (technical, financial, and contractual aspects),
Propose optimized technical solutions or answers based on one's experience,
Ensure compliance with the contractual and technical scope; negotiate with the client in the event of discrepancies,
Serve as the point of contact between customers, partners, and subcontractors,
Provide general and financial reports on the project to management,
Comply with and ensure compliance with applicable guidelines, procedures, and standards.

Your assets

You hold a master's degree (from a general engineering school or one specializing in nuclear decommissioning) and have proven experience in project management (at least 10 years).

You have a very good understanding of the naval defense sector.

This position is subject to administrative investigation.
