Offer description

Your mission

Working within the Group Human Resources Department at our Marseille headquarters, and reporting to the Group Recruitment and Mobility Department, you will be responsible for designing the strategy, implementation and monitoring of initiatives aimed at improving the employee experience, from their integration to their development within the company. You play a key role in steering and developing projects across our various subsidiaries. As such;

 

- You develop and manage projects aimed at improving the employee experience, in coordination with the various HR, IT, Communication and BU departments.

 

- You are responsible for monitoring, planning, budgeting and deployment.

 

- You will be in charge of developing onboarding processes for employees in our various subsidiaries.

 

- You conduct studies to measure and analyze employee satisfaction and commitment.

 

- You assess which HR certifications are appropriate to implement.

 

- You create and deploy Offboarding processes to guarantee a quality experience for employees throughout their time with the company.

 

- You work closely with the subsidiaries' HR departments to roll out and harmonize initiatives.

 

- You analyze performance indicators: monitor KPIs related to the employee experience and identify areas for improvement.

 

- You monitor innovations to keep abreast of trends and best practices in employee experience and adapt them to the company's context.

Your assets

You have a 5-year degree in human resources or project management from a business school, university or equivalent. You have at least 5 years' significant experience in HR project management, ideally within a large group.

 

You have already carried out employee experience projects, and implemented onboarding, satisfaction and/or engagement tracking processes in complex environments.

 

You have excellent communication and leadership skills, and are proficient in IT and project management tools.

 

You are proactive, have a strong ability to work cross-functionally and federate teams.
