Job Opening: Technical Project Manager (M/F) – Work-Study Program 2-10 Rue Berthelot, Courbevoie

As part of the development and structuring of business processes within the FM & Multitechnique division, the Energy Efficiency Manager is hiring a Technical Project Manager (work-study student).

The work-study student will work directly under the Technical Project Manager, playing a cross-functional role with the operational teams and contributing to operational performance and the standardization of practices.

Position available in early September 2026.

Based in Courbevoie

Your role:

The Technical Project Manager leads IT projects by coordinating teams, resources, and timelines to ensure the delivery of technical solutions. He or she monitors risks, quality, and communication with stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Your responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Technical & Energy Projects, you will be responsible for, among other things:

Project management

Help manage multi-trade technical projects (structural engineering, civil engineering, HVAC, fire protection systems, plumbing, finishing work, etc.).
Monitor the progress of the work.
Attend construction site meetings and draft the minutes.
Update schedules and track progress.
Identify risks and propose solutions.

Technical Coordination
Coordinate the various stakeholders (companies, engineering firms, architects, clients).
Monitor on-site work.
Verify that the work complies with the technical requirements.
Participate in the acceptance and resolution of reservations phases.

Administrative and Financial Oversight

Participate in the budgetary monitoring of projects.
Analyze quotes and track orders.
Prepare progress reports.
Track changes and additional work.

Technical Studies

Help analyze customer needs.
Contribute to technical studies and supplier consultations.
Review the construction documents (plans, as-built drawings, technical data sheets, etc.).
Help prepare technical documents.

Customer relations

Participate in discussions with clients and partners.
Prepare the meeting materials.
Provide regular reports on the progress of projects.

Your assets

You are pursuing a five-year degree (engineering school or master’s degree) in one of the following fields:

Electrical Engineering
Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC)
Building
Energy
Civil Engineering
Technical Project Management

Applications from candidates with a three-year college degree who have significant initial experience in construction supervision or project management may also be considered.

Desired Skills

Techniques:

General knowledge of building construction and building systems.
Reading blueprints.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.
Familiarity with planning tools (MS Project or equivalent) is a plus.
