Organizing schedules and assigning tasks
Participating in the recruitment of staff in conjunction with operations
Welcoming and training new employees

Manage temporary staffing needs and orders with agencies
Monitor and integrate temporary staff on site
Oversee services
Ensuring the quality of cleaning on ferries at dock and on board
Checking the services provided
Ensuring compliance with procedures and safety instructions
Manage the site's activity
Ensure communication between teams, operations, and the customer
Anticipating operational needs
Participate in the continuous improvement of the site's organization

Your profile

✔ Experience in cleaning or team management
✔ Team leaders wishing to progress to a site manager position are welcome
✔ Organizational skills and team spirit
✔ Ability to work in a dynamic port environment

Driver's license required and transportation solution necessary (schedules linked to ferry stops)

Specific conditions for the port site:Eligibility for access to the restricted port area (ZAR) (clean criminal record and no ongoing legal proceedings)
