You organize, coordinate and supervise interventions on customer sites. You are responsible for guaranteeing the quality of services, while complying with safety, environmental and operating standards to ensure the best possible customer and user experience.
Your main tasks are :
- Plan, implement and manage all cleaning services in accordance with specifications
- Maintain an optimal level of service and ensure that contract objectives (KPIs) are met
- Manage and support operational teams (50 agents and 4 team leaders)
- Work with on-site teams to adapt the organization of the service to the specific needs of the customer
- Manage stocks of materials and sanitary hygiene to ensure continuous availability of the necessary equipment
You are the customer's main contact and ensure proactive management of services by anticipating needs and implementing corrective actions. You plan work efficiently, optimizing resources and identifying areas for improvement in order to develop service contracts. Finally, you lead and motivate teams by implementing the company's environmental, H&S and corporate citizenship policies.
You have significant experience in managing cleaning services and teams. With excellent organizational skills, you know how to anticipate needs and adapt to customer expectations. You are familiar with HSE standards and the IT tools needed to manage services. Finally, your ability to communicate effectively and unite your teams enables you to guarantee quality service and ensure customer satisfaction.
