We are hiring a field team leader at our Saint-Aunes office
Field Team Leader (M/F)
Your mission:
Reporting to the Area Manager, your duties will include :
· Attend department meetings
· Organize, supervise, and manage a team working at various locations to provide cleaning services.
- Schedule and organize work sites (resources, materials).
· Plan and organize inspections, maintenance, and delivery of equipment.
· Participate in projects and cover for others.
- Apply and ensure the application of quality / safety / environment / security procedures and instructions in force within the company and on the facilities where services are provided.
A hands-on person, you are recognized for your taste for teamwork, your reliability and your ability to anticipate. You have proven experience in managing construction sites and supervising work teams in an industrial context.
You are familiar with the requirements of construction sites and are recognized for your interpersonal skills. You enjoy teamwork and have a sense of responsibility and results.
Your decision-making skills will enable you to succeed in this position.
Knowledge of office software (Excel/Word).
