Onet Logistique et Production is recruiting a Team Leader (F/H) to manage and lead its operational teams, ensure the quality of services and ensure the satisfaction of our aeronautical customer ✈️

Reporting to the Site Manager or Production Manager, you will ensure the smooth running of logistics activities and supervise the operating staff under your responsibility. You will be responsible for the quality of the work carried out in compliance with procedures and health and safety rules:

👉 Control of logistics activity

Organize the arrival and receipt of goods
Manage merchandise locations and storage
Ensure proper order preparation
Manage preparation areas and ensure on-time shipments
Supervise the upkeep and maintenance of handling equipment and report any malfunctions in its use.
Discuss the highlights of the shift as well as any anomalies or difficulties encountered during the shift with his or her superiors.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of activities (receiving, data entry, labeling, preparation, shipping)
Regular communication with customers to ensure their satisfaction

👉 Inventory management

Ensure compliance with storage rules
Help organize inventories
Ensure that stocks are in good condition

👉 Team management

Manage site teams: ensure the planning and organization of activities within its perimeter.
Check staff attendance at the beginning and end of shifts, and ensure that clocking in and out is correct
Ensure that the tasks performed by its teams are carried out correctly, in compliance with customer and Onet procedures.
Be able to ensure execution if necessary
Transmit operating information, procedures... to teams
Monitor performance, ensuring compliance with QSE rules and quality of service
Ensure cleanliness of preparation, shipping and storage areas

On a daily basis, you:

Plan team attendance and missions
Check the quality of the services provided
Participate in production meetings and ensure the availability of quality documentation
Analyze potential malfunctions and suggest improvement actions
Help maintain a good social climate and team cohesion
