As an ESPN Regulatory Engineer within Onet Technologies' "Engineering and Reactor Services" Technical Department, your role is to enforce regulations in order to achieve regulatory compliance of equipment in accordance with schedules.
Missions :
- Coordinate regulatory actions of the Regulatory Manufacturer and subcontractors for the application of the ESPN decree, and provide support for the development of highly regulatory technical documentation.
- Primary interface with the Authorized Body (OH), particularly for regulatory project monitoring meetings and technical discussions that may arise from new requirements, such as Non-Conformity Reports (FNC) encountered during manufacturing
- Primary interface with the client for regulatory aspects of projects
- Organize meetings and clarifications on the application of regulations with the Authorized Body (OH), as well as OH inspections at the regulatory Manufacturer or its subcontractors
- Manage responses to requests from the Authorized Body (OH)
- Provide comprehensive reporting on all activities.
The position is available in Marseille or Lyon.
You are recognized for your analytical skills, and are able to summarize and propose solutions to ensure the smooth running of the projects for which you are responsible. You have excellent interpersonal and writing skills, with a level of English that enables you to communicate smoothly. You are able to interface well with multidisciplinary teams (project managers, technical architects, calculation engineers, welding engineers, metallurgists, etc.).
You have a 5-year degree in engineering and at least 5 years' experience in complex pressure equipment matters. You are familiar with the ESPN decree and directive 2014/68/EU, and have a very good knowledge of the RCC-M code (ideally the articulation of the code and annexes ZY/ZZ).
