We are recruiting for our CLERMONT DE L'OISE branch a ;
Mono Site Team Leader (M/F) for our client located in BEAUVAIS
Reporting to the Area Manager, your duties will include :
- Supervise service agents and lead by example
- Listen to staff to anticipate problems and find solutions
- Ensure that safety instructions, procedures, work instructions, and operating methods are respected, and that PPE is utilized.
Maintain continuous contact with the client;
- Organize morning, afternoon, or night shift teams
- Meet the requirements of the specifications
- Monitor the prevention plan
- Manage the inventory of products, equipment, and PPE, as well as their distribution.
- Ensure that materials and equipment used are in good working order and that periodic verifications have been conducted.
- Escalate malfunctions and inquiries to your manager.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
- Proficiency in English would be an asset
You are recognized for your ability to work as part of a team, your conscientiousness and your ability to think ahead, and you have proven experience in site management and team supervision.
You are familiar with the requirements linked to specifications and are recognized for your interpersonal skills. You enjoy working in a team and have a sense of responsibility and results.
Your decision-making skills will enable you to succeed in this position.
Driving license required.
