Offer description

Your mission

Reporting to the Team Leader and the Production Manager, we are seeking a production line operator who will ensure that production operations run smoothly while meeting quality, safety, and performance requirements.

 

Your missions will be as follows:

 

 

Line operation:

- You are responsible for starting up, shutting down, and monitoring the production line,
- You supply the line with raw materials and consumables,
- You ensure that the equipment is operating properly,
- You meet production, quality, and throughput targets.


Quality Control:

- You perform visual and quality inspections of products,
- You identify nonconformities and notify your supervisor in the event of an anomaly,
- You ensure the traceability of operations in accordance with current procedures,
- You ensure compliance with quality standards.


First-level maintenance:

- You perform first-level inspections and maintenance tasks,
- You identify technical malfunctions and report them to the appropriate department,
- You assist with format changes and simple adjustments to the production line.


Health, Safety, and Continuous Improvement:

- You follow health and safety rules and internal procedures,
- You keep your workstation clean and organized,
- You contribute to the continuous improvement of the production line’s performance,
- You participate in initiatives aimed at optimizing quality, safety, and productivity.

 

 

Your assets

 

 

  • A CAP, BEP, vocational high school diploma, or equivalent in the industrial or manufacturing field,
  • Previous experience in a similar position in an industrial setting is preferred,
  • Thorough knowledge of safety and quality standards and production procedures,
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment,
  • Diligence, responsiveness, and organizational skills,
  • Autonomy, versatility, and adherence to instructions,
  • Proficiency in using production monitoring tools
