Onet Propreté is looking for a [position] for our client site in ETAPLES:
Field Team Leader (M/F)
Reporting to the Area Manager, your main tasks are as follows:
Supervise service agents and serve as a role model.
- Ensure that service agents are trained, authorized, and capable of performing the work
Actively listen to personnel to anticipate operational issues and provide solutions.
Ensure the technical and administrative management of the worksite.
- Ensure that safety instructions, procedures, work instructions, and operating methods are followed, and that PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) is used
Participate in recruitment activities.
Onboard new hires and temporary staff.
Execute tasks in accordance with the directives of their direct supervisor, and monitor their progress and successful completion.
Ensure compliance with the specifications.
- Verify that waste is correctly sorted and disposed of
- Ensure a continuous client interface and respond to client inquiries
Manage product and equipment inventories, as well as their distribution.
- Be available Monday to Friday, as well as Saturday, as needed
With training in hygiene, cleanliness and the environment (CAP, Bac Pro, BTS, CQP or equivalent), you have initial managerial experience in site management.
Self-taught profiles with experience in a similar position are also considered.
You are recognized for your organizational skills, sense of responsibility and autonomy. Your responsiveness and adaptability will be major assets for your colleagues and customers.
Computer literate (Pack Office).
