On-Site Team Leader for the Service Sector (M/F)
Your mission:
Reporting to the Area Manager, your duties will include :
- Participate in daily status meetings with a team of 10 agents.
- Organize, supervise, and manage a team working at a service-sector site in the field of service provision.
- Plan and organize construction projects (resources, equipment, schedule).
- Plan and organize equipment inspections and maintenance.
- Participate in project reviews, track hours, manage equipment, and prepare estimates.
- Actively participate in on-site work (stripping, carpet cleaning)
- Ensure on-site safety for employees by regularly conducting safety briefings and reminders, assessing the teams’ knowledge, and ensuring that safety procedures and processes are properly followed.
- Implement and ensure compliance with the Quality, Safety, Environment, and Security (QSES) procedures and guidelines in effect within the company.
- Ensure the quality of services, customer satisfaction, and compliance with contractual obligations.
Profile required
As a hands-on professional, you are known for your teamwork skills, your reliability, and your ability to plan ahead. You have significant experience in construction site management and team leadership.
You have a thorough understanding of the requirements for on-site services and are known for your interpersonal skills. You enjoy working as part of a team and have a strong sense of responsibility, safety, and results-oriented approach.
Your ability to make decisions, manage priorities, and guide your teams toward achieving their goals will be a real asset for success in this position.
You also have access to:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- A Class B driver's license.
Conditions and Opportunities:
- Company vehicle provided for work purposes.
- Company phone provided.
- Site hours: 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- As part of the company car assignment, employees are expected to be available to perform additional assignments on Saturdays. These assignments, which are paid as overtime, average two Saturdays worked per month.
