Job Opening: Inventory Clerk (M/F), Permanent Position, Bouches-du-Rhône (13)

Reporting to the Inventory Manager, you will help ensure inventory accuracy and guarantee the quality of inventory counts within a logistics warehouse that is in its launch phase. You will contribute to the management of material flows and the reliability of data, while adhering to procedures, operational requirements, and contractual commitments.

Your responsibilities

- Conduct cycle counts, periodic counts, and annual inventory counts according to the established schedule
- Perform physical counts of merchandise and verify inventory accuracy
- Identify and report inventory discrepancies
- Participate in investigations to determine the causes of discrepancies and in corrective actions
- Ensure the reliability of inventory data in the WMS
- Ensure compliance with inventory management and traceability procedures
- Provide reliable reporting on completed inventory counts
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of inventory management practices
- Participate in process structuring as part of the site’s launch

Your assets

Proficiency with the Reflex WMS
Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel
Attention to detail and a methodical, organized approach
Analytical mindset and attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team
Ability to work in a demanding environment where data reliability is essential

Your profile

You have some experience in logistics, inventory management, or stock-taking
. Experience with a WMS, ideally Reflex, is a definite plus
. You are known for your reliability, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility
. You enjoy working on-site and can work independently.
