A Multi-Site Manager (M/F)
As part of your duties, you will be required to carry out the following tasks:
Framing :
· Supervise the cleaning staff and set an example,
· Listen to staff to anticipate problems and find solutions,
· Ensure that maintenance staff are trained, authorized, and qualified to perform the work
- Ensure that safety instructions, procedures, work instructions and operating methods are followed, and that PPE is used.
· Participate in recruitment efforts
· Welcome new hires and train them through mentorship
Site monitoring:
· Monitor services and ensure they are performed properly
- Check compliance with specifications
· Monitor the implementation of the prevention plan
· Ensure compliance with the QHSE health and safety procedures established by management
Customer relations :
- Provide a permanent customer interface, answering customer questions or redirecting the customer to the Area Manager
Equipment management and maintenance:
- Manage product, equipment and PPE inventories and distribution
· Ensure that the materials and equipment used are in good working order and that periodic inspections have been conducted
Position available on a fixed-term contract that may lead to a permanent contract
You ensure a clean and healthy environment for the occupants of the premises. Through your work, you contribute to our customer's satisfaction.
If you're motivated and hard-working, you're already well qualified for this position. Your discretion will also be highly appreciated. A CAP and/or Bac Pro in hygiene/cleanliness or equivalent and initial experience in a similar position are welcome, but all profiles are considered.
