Under the authority of the Operations Manager to whom you report, you are responsible for managing a client portfolio. You act as the interface between the client, the agents, and the agency's management.

Your main responsibilities will be as follows:

Operation :

· Organize and manage construction sites: staff, working hours, equipment, products

· Perform services and carry out checks in accordance with the specifications

· Ensure ongoing customer relations and satisfaction

· Analyze, comment on, and summarize site reports with the Operations Manager or Director

Miscellaneous:

· Ensure reporting to the RATP client in collaboration with the operations manager and quality manager.

· Ensure staff training: qualifications and skills to perform the work

· Complete weekly timesheets and send them to the payroll department.

· Ensure that QHSE procedures and operating methods are followed

· Monitor security-related clearances and authorizations

· Ensure the sustainability of the social climate

· Daytime hours, sometimes evenings and weekends

Your assets

With your professional appearance, you are the ambassador for the service image that clients wish to convey on their sites. As a hands-on person, you are known for your thoroughness and independence, and you have managerial skills in team management.

You know how to organize yourself, maintain the positions given by management, and report back. You have good interpersonal skills that allow you to adapt to situations and know how to manage conflicts.

Proficiency in the use of computers is required.
