Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Planning Supervisor will be responsible for:
• Check the cleanliness of trains (Alphée)
• Raise staff awareness of best practices (briefings, quality updates)
• Train new employees on quality standards
• Update the PAC and propose corrective actions
• Analyze inspections as needed (in the event of a complaint), trains with issues, recurring problems, etc.
• Draft inspection reports in the event of non-conformities with high thresholds
• Participate in quality meetings
• Report defective equipment
• Conduct cross-checks
• Very good knowledge of production requirements
• Ability to assess risks in the event of production contingencies
• Ability to optimize work organization and processes
• Good knowledge of administrative and financial management
• Proficiency in CAPM (computer-aided production management) software.
