Job Opening: Work-Study Operations Coordinator (M/F) in Hauts-de-Seine (92)

Working alongside our Operations Director, you will contribute to the success of the department’s various activities by facilitating communication between central and operational teams and serving as a liaison with the field on various commercial projects.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?

· Serve as the primary point of contact for field teams to ensure effective communication within our Key Account division;

· Contribute to and facilitate the implementation of KA Division projects and coordinate their progress by liaising with the various stakeholders involved in operations and contract development;

· Provide support to the support teams on various strategic projects to ensure successful operational deployment.

· Analyze and review KA contracts to optimize financial profitability.

· Centralize the needs of operational teams and liaise with support departments to improve the quality of field services.

· Propose and share best practices within our KA business

· Support operational staff on various contract revision projects.

· Monitor contract performance metrics by collecting and consolidating various sales activity data from operational teams and entering key information into the relevant dashboards;

· Serve as a facilitator within the operations teams to foster customer engagement by driving change.

WHAT IS YOUR PROFILE?

· You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree, ideally with some successful experience in a similar role managing key accounts or in operational excellence;

· With strong customer service and communication skills, you are known for being a skilled analyst with a knack for synthesizing information;

· You are detail-oriented and have a strong commitment to teamwork, with a passion for fostering a collaborative spirit; you are able to thrive in a matrix organization;

· You enjoy communicating—both verbally and in writing—with a variety of people in order to engage management and staff in the initiatives being carried out.
