We are recruiting for our South West regional division:
Customer care coordinator F/H
on a dedicated website, with trips to Occitanie and Nouvelle-Aquitaine
As part of the Regional Division, you will be responsible for supervising the planning and operational implementation of a customer project within your scope.
As a field manager, you are the interface between client teams and operations teams and subcontractors/co-contractors.
Your main tasks will be as follows:
Operation :
- Manage multi-service provisions (e.g., cleaning, floral decoration, water fountains, coffee, green spaces, etc.).
- Manage service providers (subcontractors/co-contractors).
- Benchmark and optimize contracts with various service providers.
- Create, maintain, and monitor quality indicators.
- Analyze activity reports and lead regular meetings.
- Check the eligibility of benefits.
- Track supplies, consumption, breakdowns, repairs, and complaints.
Coordination:
- Manage interactions between service providers and site occupants/clients
- Plan (access to sites, availability of occupants) interventions and deliveries at the various sites
- Ensure the traceability of interventions
Administrative management :
- Ensure the management of the service provider's billing
- Manage the contractual aspects and amendments
Quality, Health, Safety and Environment:
- Ensure that QHSE procedures and operating methods are followed
- Organize the development of prevention plans with all service providers and ensure their follow-up.
- Monitor security-related clearances and authorizations
Ensure that personnel are trained, authorized, and capable of performing the work.
You have a two- or three-year college degree in business or equivalent and have proven initial experience in coordinating and managing large-scale client accounts/contracts.
You are thorough, adaptable, pragmatic, and curious. Your ability to work well in a team and your strong interpersonal skills are well established.
As a hands-on person, you are known for your tenacity and independence.
You have good writing skills and are proficient in office software.
Previous experience in the cleaning industry would be an advantage.
