We are hiring for our Le Havre office:
Customer care coordinator F/H
As part of the Le Havre office, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and operational execution of projects within your scope.
As a field manager, you are the interface between client teams and operations teams and subcontractors/co-contractors.
Your main tasks will be as follows:
Operation :
Manage multiservice provisions (e.g., cleaning, floral decoration, water coolers, coffee services, green spaces, etc.).
- Oversee and manage external service providers (subcontractors / co-contractors).
- Benchmark and optimize contracts with various service providers.
- Identification and development of additional sales opportunities.
- Create, update, and monitor quality indicators.
Analyze activity reports and lead periodic meetings.
- Verify the eligibility of services.
- Monitor supplies, consumption, breakdowns, repairs, and complaints.
Coordination:
- Manage interactions between service providers and site occupants.
- Schedule interventions and deliveries across various sites, considering site access and occupant availability.
Ensure traceability of interventions.
Administrative management :
- Ensure service provider invoice management
- Manage contractual aspects and amendments
Quality, Health, Safety and Environment:
- Ensure that QHSE procedures and operating methods are followed.
- Orchestrate the development of prevention plans with all service providers and ensure their diligent implementation and monitoring.
- Monitor safety-related accreditations and authorizations.
Ensure that personnel are trained, authorized, and capable of performing the work.
You have a two- or three-year degree in business and/or management or equivalent, and you have proven experience in coordinating and managing client accounts and contracts.
You are thorough, adaptable, pragmatic, and curious. Your ability to work well in a team and your strong interpersonal skills are well established.
As a hands-on person, you are known for your tenacity and independence.
You have good writing skills and are proficient in office software.
Previous experience in the cleaning industry would be an advantage.
