Customer Service Coordinator (M/F) – Permanent Position – Saint-Nazaire
As part of the expansion of our Facility Management operations, we are seeking a Client Relations Coordinator (M/F) to support the implementation and operational management of a major client contract in the Saint-Nazaire area.
Position available as part of a planned market launch.
The position is based at the client's site in Saint-Nazaire and requires 100% on-site work.

Compensation: €3,071 gross per month over 13 months, or approximately €39,923 gross per year
Your mission
Reporting to the Contract Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for the client and the operational teams. You will help ensure the smooth delivery of services, monitor contractual commitments, and maintain the quality of the client relationship on a daily basis.
In this role, your main responsibilities will be as follows:
Customer Relationship Management
Operational Coordination
Reporting and Monitoring of Key Performance Indicators
Quality, Safety, and Continuous Improvement
Ideally, you have a proven track record in a role involving coordination, customer support, contract management, business services, Facility Management, industrial environments, janitorial services, industrial cleaning, cleaning at large construction sites, or multi-service operations.
Experience in a shipyard, large industrial facility, production site, or demanding client site would be particularly valued.
You are comfortable with customer relations and know how to work with a variety of stakeholders: customers, management, field teams, support functions, and partners.

Education and Experience
With a degree ranging from a two-year post-secondary program to a five-year post-secondary program in the fields of business administration, customer relations, operations management, business services, Facility Management, janitorial services, industrial cleaning, contract management, or an equivalent field, you ideally have some prior experience in a similar position.
Applications from candidates with significant experience in operational coordination, customer service, service management, on-site supervision, janitorial services, industrial cleaning, or large construction sites will also be considered, even without a specific degree.
Equivalent experience gained in the field will be fully recognized.
