Job Opening: Payroll Coordinator (M/F), Permanent Position, Bouches-du-Rhône (13)

Provide support and guidance to all payroll, human resources, and ERP contacts in their day-to-day work.
Monitor and oversee the smooth operation of payroll cycles
Serving as EVEORH's Level 1 Support – The entry point for agency payroll teams
Serve as the point of contact between headquarters and branch offices
Managing Complex Payroll
Coordinate and assist with HRIS operations related to the creation and/or modification of branches.
Submit formal requests for configuration changes to the GARH after approval
Assist with the configuration of payroll elements (preparing requests, analysis, and revenue)
Participate in HRIS projects and support the implementation of the system while ensuring that information is properly accounted for.
Identify and analyze any anomalies and implement corrective measures.

Training and Communication:

Train and mentor new hires
Train all HR ACCESS users
Raise Awareness Among Art Directors About HR ACCESS
Organize the “Booster Shots”
Participate in HRIS projects and support the system’s rollout while ensuring that information is properly accounted for.

Management of the administrative division:

Team Management (6 paid managers, including 2 interns)
Support and Training for Managers

Analysis and Indicators:

Ensure compliance with payroll policies and report any discrepancies
Ensure compliance with the processes established by Regional Management
Design, monitor, and analyze payroll metrics (overtime, CHT, bonuses, etc.)
In collaboration with the DR departments (HR and CDG), participate in audits focusing on payroll.

Other responsibilities:
In collaboration with the CDG, assist in developing the agency's organizational chart.
Participate in all monthly and annual closings (issues related to cost of goods sold)
From time to time, plan for staff to provide backup and/or cover for absent employees.
Ensure that QHSE procedures and operating procedures are followed
From time to time, assists with the organization of training sessions conducted by headquarters
Help recruit branch payroll managers
Participation in the implementation of potential site agreements

Your assets

You are recognized for your commitment and dedication. Your rigor and ability to manage priorities enable you to meet deadlines. You demonstrate discretion and confidentiality. Good oral and written communication skills are essential.

You have a three-year college degree (Professional Bachelor's Degree in Payroll) and at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Excellent proficiency in Excel and payroll, as well as knowledge of legal and social issues.

If possible, familiarity with the HRIS, HR Access.
