Your mission

As part of its digital transformation, Onet Airport Services is establishing its Data Division, with the goal of structuring data governance, developing innovative decision-making solutions, and supporting operational departments in improving their performance.

As such, this Data Analyst position is a newly created role and offers a unique opportunity to help build this data ecosystem from the ground up. You will help define the methods, tools, standards, and best practices that will guide the development of the Data Division within the company.

As a key player in this strategic initiative, you will work closely with business teams, site managers, IT, and the national IT department to make data a major driver of management and operational performance.

Your responsibilities:
As part of the development of our Business Intelligence and Data environment, you will be responsible for:

Data Collection and Organization

Centralize and consolidate data from the various activities carried out at airport facilities.
Collect, verify, clean, and organize business data to ensure its quality and usability.
Design and maintain data repositories.
Develop data models tailored to users' needs.
Data & BI Development
Help create and populate a centralized data lake using Python.
Design, develop, and maintain data integration and transformation (ETL) pipelines.
To be a source of ideas regarding best practices and new methods in data development.

Data Analysis and Utilization

Understand the challenges and needs of operational teams in order to develop meaningful analyses.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) that meet business requirements.
Design dashboards and decision-support tools using Power BI, Qlik Sense, or equivalent solutions.
Communicate the results and recommendations to the business teams and management.

Support and Continuous Improvement

Help users learn how to use and validate the tools that have been developed.
Participate in the functional and technical acceptance testing phases for BI solutions.
Become the functional and technical expert on reporting tools
Document the solutions that have been implemented and maintain the data dictionary.
Monitor developments in data and business intelligence technologies on an ongoing basis

Your assets

You are a graduate of an engineering school or hold a master’s degree in computer science, information systems, data science, or business intelligence.
A good command of business English is required.
You are proficient in SQL and at least one data visualization tool, such as Power BI, Qlik Sense/QlikView, or Tableau.
You also have a solid knowledge of Python for data manipulation, analysis, and automation.
You have at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position (excluding internships and work-study programs).
You are comfortable managing data projects, from analyzing requirements to implementing solutions. You know how to transform complex data into metrics and analyses that are understandable to operational teams and decision-makers.
You are organized, thorough, and self-reliant, and you are able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring the quality and reliability of your work.
With excellent interpersonal skills, you are curious, a good listener, and proactive. You enjoy working as part of a team and know how to position yourself as a true partner to the business units.
You are results- and performance-oriented, have a strong background in Business Intelligence, and are able to formulate relevant recommendations that address operational challenges.
Knowledge of the airport industry, complex operational environments, or service-related activities is preferred.
Experience with or an interest in topics related to data science, artificial intelligence, or predictive analytics would be an added asset.
You are known for your innovative spirit, your ability to come up with new ideas, and your commitment to continuous improvement.

Additional Information
As part of regulated airport operations, this position requires obtaining authorization to access the airport zone. As such, you may be required to complete mandatory pre-employment training—covering airport security and regulatory requirements, among other topics—before starting the job.
