Job Opening: Technical IT Project Manager (M/F), Permanent Position, Bouches-du-Rhône (13)

Based at the corporate headquarters in Marseille (9th arrondissement) and reporting directly to the Director of Technical IT, you will play an active role in defining, structuring, and managing the technical project portfolio in alignment with the company’s strategy. You will lead a team of project managers (both internal and external) involved in the execution of these projects, and will also directly oversee certain high-stakes strategic initiatives.

In this context, your main tasks are as follows:

Define, manage, and update the roadmap for the DSIN’s technical projects
Consolidate and adjust financial data (CAPEX, OPEX, and expenses) as part of budget review processes
Organize the arbitration materials to prioritize the cases to be handled
Help define the scope of projects and present them to decision-makers
Manage projects in accordance with best practices to ensure that scope, costs, and deadlines are kept under control
Facilitate the governance bodies necessary for monitoring activities and making decisions
Forecast management capacity, assign projects, and ensure they are carried out in accordance with best practices
Support project managers during escalation situations or in the development of risk management plans
Define, formalize, and track measurable performance goals
Propose improvement plans aimed at enhancing the team’s effectiveness while maintaining its cohesion
Help standardize methods, ensure they are properly implemented, and promote widespread use of the Abraxio project management tool

Your assets

With a degree in computer science (engineering school, master’s degree in computer science, etc.), you have at least 10 years of experience in similar roles, gained in complex technical environments. As an experienced project manager, you have a thorough command of project management disciplines, from scoping to closure. You demonstrate the agility required to manage teams in a matrix organization and are capable of leading multiple projects simultaneously.

You have solid experience in IT infrastructure, architectures, and hybrid solutions (on-premises, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, etc.), which you know how to implement to address business challenges and cyber risks. Certifications in project management (V-model and/or Agile) and proficiency with the Abraxio tool would be a plus.

You are adaptable, embrace change, and work well in a team by proposing relevant solutions and engaging stakeholders in informed decision-making. You have excellent organizational skills and know how to manage priorities effectively.
