Job Opening: Area Manager (M/F) – Permanent Position

Based in Maisons-Alfort and reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you are responsible for the overall performance of your region (5 branches and over 2,500 employees in the Île-de-France region), covering commercial, operational, and financial aspects. You will play a key role in defining strategic directions and implementing them operationally, supported by a team of branch managers as well as support and sales staff. You will unite the teams around goals of growth, service quality, and customer satisfaction, while ensuring operational excellence and compliance with regulatory requirements.

In this context, your main tasks are as follows:

Implement and champion the strategy defined by senior management, adapting it to local challenges and overseeing its operational implementation
Lead, support, and coordinate the branches within your area of responsibility, assisting branch managers with business development, team management, and human resources management
Ensure the organization and proper delivery of services
Lead sales efforts within your territory, driving new customer acquisition and expanding the business development initiatives launched by national key accounts
Develop and maintain close relationships with clients and prospects, ensure compliance with contractual obligations, and monitor the renewal of contracts
Develop the annual budget for the Regional Office in collaboration with Corporate Headquarters, and oversee its implementation, monitoring, and reporting
Ensure the economic performance of your business unit and implement strategies to optimize profitability
Oversee labor-management relations in collaboration with employee representative bodies, ensuring that a constructive and harmonious work environment is maintained
Ensure the implementation and adherence to QHSE policies and procedures
Represent the Group at industry events and actively contribute to enhancing its image

Your assets

You hold a master’s degree and have at least 10 years of experience in multi-site management roles, ideally gained in the private security sector or, more broadly, in B2B services.

You have demonstrated your ability to manage profit centers and lead large, decentralized teams. You are also recognized for your ability to break into new markets and build trusting relationships with key clients.

You have a strong grasp of financial matters and are comfortable with budget management, performance analysis, and profitability optimization.

As an experienced manager, you know how to provide direction, drive momentum, and bring your teams together. Your leadership, excellent interpersonal skills, and team-oriented approach are well established.
