You bring meaning to the numbers and contribute directly to operational decisions. Join a strategic unit comprising 4 to 5 regions and become the key financial partner for the operational departments.

Reporting to the Business Unit’s Finance Department and, functionally, to the Regional Executive Director, you will oversee the region’s economic and financial performance.

Oversee the region's financial results, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
Ensure the reliability of financial, analytical, and management data.
Organize reporting and make performance drivers clear to operational staff.
Analyze economic drivers: margin, productivity, payroll, costs, and customer profitability.
Support Regional Directors in their decision-making and improvement plans.
Manage, lead, and professionalize the management control/RFR community in the region.

Your assets

With a degree in finance, management accounting, or from a business school, you have proven experience in financial management within a multi-site, operational, or service-oriented environment. You are known for your attention to detail, analytical skills, ability to teach others, and approach as a business partner. You transform data into concrete recommendations.
