Job Opening: Payroll Manager (M/F) – Permanent Position

Onet Airport Services, a subsidiary of the Onet Group, specializes in airport assistance services. The company has over 500 employees across France, including 400 at Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport, serving customers of several airlines.

Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for the entire payroll process and will help ensure the smooth operation of HR administration

Your mission:

Prepare and review pay stubs (approximately 300 paychecks across multiple locations)
Collect, analyze, and enter variable payroll data: hours worked, paid time off, overtime, bonuses, absences (sick leave, etc.), advance payments, meal allowances…
Ensure data entry and processing in the HR Access software
Ensure that pay stubs comply with social security laws, labor laws, and internal procedures
Edit and review pay stubs
Maintain relationships with social service agencies
Track cases related to illness, leave of absence, and other absences

Your assets

At least two years of post-secondary education with a specialization in payroll or human resources
At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
Proficiency in payroll regulations and legal requirements (labor and social security law)
Proficiency with computer tools and payroll software (knowledge of HR Access is a plus)
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a knack for numbers
Good interpersonal skills, discretion, and a sense of confidentiality
