As a Payroll Administrator at Onet Logistique, you will be in charge of payroll processing, as well as carrying out certain personnel-related administrative tasks. You will work closely with the Payroll Coordinator and operations teams to ensure the accuracy and compliance of payroll operations.
Reporting to the Payroll Coordinator, your main duties will be :
◌ A great deal of time will be spent managing subrogations
and then provide support to the payroll network at the national level by intervening on the :
◌ Payroll processing: Manage the entire payroll process for employees, including the calculation of wages, bonuses, overtime, supplements and allowances, while respecting payment deadlines and processes. Check and validate pay slips and related closing statements.
◌ Preparation of administrative documents: Prepare and manage administrative documents related to the hiring of employees, such as DPAE, mutual insurance, provident fund, and pension contracts.
◌ Coordination with sites: Maintain liaison with site operations secretaries to resolve staff payroll issues and transmit payroll items to headquarters.
◌ Personnel file management: monitor files relating to accidents, illnesses, paid leave, various work stoppages and medical check-ups, while ensuring that information in personnel files is kept up to date.
◌ Preparation of exit documents: Provide employees with exit documents (final pay, work certificates, unemployment certificates) and calculate final pay for blue-collar staff.

Training: Bac +2/3 in human resources management, accounting, or relevant field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position, ideally in a logistics or industrial environment.
Technical skills: Proficiency in payroll management tools and office software, in particular HR ACCESS.
Qualities: Excellent communication, rigor and organization, reliability, discretion, confidentiality, responsiveness, management of priorities, proactivity.
