Reporting to the Contract/Region Manager, you will be in charge of organizing, coordinating and supervising interventions and services (multi-service and multi-technical) at our customer's various sites within a defined geographical area.
You will ensure that quality, safety and environmental standards are properly applied, as well as operational imperatives, with the aim of satisfying our customer.
WHAT WILL YOU ACHIEVE?
- Plan, implement, and manage the full range of services covered by the contract;
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining service levels and meeting contract objectives (KPIs)
- Maintain and manage client relationships by identifying opportunities for improvement, optimization, and contract development
- Directly manage operational teams (cleaning and maintenance) and oversee relationships with subcontractors (reception, specialized maintenance, etc.) who provide “FM” (Facility Management ) services at the various sites in compliance with safety regulations
- Conduct regular quality checks and ensure compliance with procedures by site teams
- Be responsible for the financial performance of your area of responsibility and for administrative follow-up: requesting and preparing quotes, creating purchase orders, and tracking invoices
- Implement and oversee the environmental, health, and safety (EHS) policy: develop prevention plans, conduct operational inspections, report accidents and incidents, perform root cause analyses, ensure that all teams are trained, and ensure that equipment is maintained and used in accordance with safety regulations
You have a college degree and significant experience as an FM Site Manager (multiservice and, ideally, multitechnical, preferably in a multisite environment).
With excellent interpersonal skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you are driven by a deep commitment to operational excellence
Given your hands-on approach, we also recognize your attention to detail, your responsiveness, and your managerial skills
You have strong communication skills, both written and oral, and are able to synthesize information in a clear, structured way.
