Job Opening: Logistics Manager (M/F) – Fixed-Term Contract

ONET Logistics & Production is seeking a Logistics Manager (M/F) to support its new operations carried out on behalf of a client in the aerospace and defense sector

📍 Location: Nancy-Ochey Air Base (54)

📄 Contract type: Fixed-term contract (CDD) leading to a permanent contract (CDI)

Reporting to the Team Leader, your main responsibilities are:

Logistics operations:

- Greet transporters and verify transport documents

- Ensure the loading and unloading of trucks, particularly using forklifts

- Receive goods by verifying their compliance

- Stock products (manual and mechanized handling)

Workflow preparation and management:

- Pick, prepare, consolidate, or deconsolidate products

Package materials and orders

- Transport and deliver products using appropriate equipment (forklift, vehicle, tugger train, etc.)

Monitoring and IT tools:

- Perform data entry in information systems (SAP, ATAMS, TSF, Keep Tracking).

- Manage the input and output of internal and external information

- Analyze and complete transport data to optimize shipments

Monitoring and continuous improvement:

- Conduct inventories, analyze discrepancies, and implement corrective actions

- Handle disputes (blocking and non-blocking), damages, and parcel tracking

- Analyze activity-related data to resolve anomalies and propose appropriate actions

Quality & Compliance:

- Apply and comply with quality procedures and operational instructions

- Ensure the compliance of logistics flows, both physically and in terms of documentation.

You are responsible for ensuring that logistics operations are carried out properly, while ensuring the reliability, traceability, and compliance of the processed flows.

- Vous êtes titulaire du CACES R489 catégorie 3 (chariot élévateur frontal < 6T) ou disposez d’une expérience significative dans la conduite de cet engin

- You are comfortable with both IT tools and field activities (handling, physical inspection, transport, etc.)

You demonstrate responsiveness, adaptability, and team spirit.

- You are recognized for your service orientation and commitment to customer satisfaction

🎯Experience in an aeronautical or military environment is a significant asset..
