Offer description

Your mission

As part of the Onet Accueil de Bron branch, you will be working at our internationally renowned client’s site as a maternity leave replacement.

 

In this context, your main tasks are as follows:

  • On-site reception of visitors, temporary workers, and employees
  • Telephone reception
  • Badge management (creation and issuance of badges)
  • Mailing English/French
  • Mail and parcel management (incoming and outgoing mail processing, franking)
  • Various administrative tasks
  • Inventory management (office supplies, badges, handrails)
  • Distribution and return of PPE, with tracking via the MCI

The position is available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., starting July 27 and continuing through at least September 30, 2026.

Your assets

You are rigorous and have a proven sense of service. Politeness and initiative come naturally to you.

 

You are bilingual in English and French (written, read and spoken) and are comfortable using the Pack Office and office automation tools (Word, Excel, etc.).

 

Experience as a receptionist would be appreciated, but above all it's your talent and motivation that will make the difference.
