- Receipt and planning of tour requests (supplied by sales), coordination of time slots and consolidation of visitor lists.
- Access preparation:
o Entry and follow-up of access requests in
software o Collective badge requests and withdrawal/return of badges according to site procedures.
- Coordination of guide availability to ensure that the right guides are assigned to each tour.
- Communication and coordination for meeting room and/or catering reservations according to visit requirements.
- Goodie packs: prepare one pack per visitor
- Visitor communication: send individual confirmations to each participant, using the template (which we will provide), including access and security instructions.
- Reporting: keep a follow-up sheet for each visit (access status, confirmed/present visitors, incidents, corrective actions).

Your assets

Your rigor and your sense of service need no further demonstration. Politeness and initiative come naturally to you.

You have excellent elocution and writing skills. You are comfortable using the Pack Office and office automation tools (Word, Excel, etc.).

Experience as a receptionist would be appreciated, but above all it's your talent and motivation that will make the difference.
