Attached to theONET Accueil agency in Saint Martin Du Vivier (76), you will be working at one of our clients' sites located in AMIENS (80) on a fixed-term contract or in the event of unexpected absences. Monday to Friday(excluding public holidays).
Schedule:
8:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. and 1:45 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (full-time)
These schedules are fixed according to replacement needs.
Main tasks:
Manage the opening of building access doors
Manage incoming phone calls by transferring them to the appropriate recipients or taking messages if they are unavailable.
Welcoming and guiding visitors
Receive letters and packages with final recipient verification
Open and distribute incoming mail to the pigeonholes designated for the various departments.
Manage the institutional email inbox and redirect messages to the functional inboxes of the departments.
Manage postage for outgoing mail...
Manage meeting rooms and related small equipment (equipment folder)
Small administrative tasks: preparing administrative mail, scanning documents, etc.

You have excellent elocution and writing skills. You are comfortable using the Pack Office and office automation tools (Word, Excel, etc.).
Experience as a receptionist would be appreciated, but above all it's your talent and motivation that will make the difference.
