Job Opening: Labor Law Attorney (M/F) - Fixed-Term Contract

Provide legal support to institutions
Approve "simple" disciplinary proceedings and handle complex ones
Prepare for staff transfers
Participate in requests for proposals when necessary
Manage disputes within your scope
Update the procedure kits for the network and develop training materials
Maintain relations with administrative authorities, the Labor Inspectorate, Occupational Health Services, etc.
Monitor the CSE (elections, reappointments, majority, etc.) and ensure the quality of the handling of requests and questions from the social partners
Conducting social audits
Monitor legal and regulatory developments and communicate updates to the network
Ensure a positive work environment
Track and Report on Social Indicators

Your assets

With a university degree (BAC+5) in labor law or equivalent, you have at least 3 years' experience in a similar role, acquired in a multi-site environment. Ideally, you have already worked in the cleaning or BtoB services sector.

You are recognized for your rigor and technical expertise. In addition, you stand out for your autonomy, organizational skills and strong interpersonal skills.
