Onet, the market leader in the cleaning industry, is hiring a work-study student (M/F) to serve as a Labor and Employment Lawyer for its Normandy Regional Office.
Reporting to the Regional HR Manager, you will ensure compliance with the legal and regulatory framework within the region.
To that end, your responsibilities will include:
- Effectively support the regional management agencies to ensure the application of Labor Law regulations and provide legal support on all matters concerning individual or collective labor law.
- To validate all legal procedures impacting employment contracts (e.g., disciplinary actions, unsuitability for duty).
- To monitor labor court litigation and coordinate with our legal counsel on various cases
- Ensure legal monitoring for the network and participate in developing employees' skills in employment law.
- To evolve processes within the framework of continuous improvement initiatives.
- To conduct audits across the regional agencies.
In addition to these legal responsibilities, you will also participate in the day-to-day operations of the HR department and handle tasks related to personnel administration (time tracking, contract amendments, etc.) and HR development (recruitment, onboarding, etc.) in support of your manager.
You are pursuing a Master 2 degree in labor law, and you demonstrate attention to detail, organizational skills, and strong interpersonal skills.
You must be a strong writer and have a good understanding of legal issues.
You are known for your commitment to customer service and are able to respond quickly and take the initiative.
The position is based in Saint Martin du Vivier.
Occasional travel to our offices in Normandy is to be expected.
