Job Opening: Assistant Site Manager, Permanent Position, Val-de-Marne (94)

You manage a team of at least 10 people, including 2 team leaders, dispatchers, and forklift operators.
You are on the ground to ensure that logistics operations are carried out on time and according to the quality and cost requirements set.
You optimize team organization: you adjust schedules to ensure maximum efficiency.
You maintain a good social climate

You ensure customer satisfaction and manage the daily interface with them

Quality, Safety and Environment:

You ensure that the site complies with the strictest safety requirements

Site management and oversight; you may be required to:

Support the site manager in management and supervision: size teams (recruitment, etc.)
Carry out weekly check-ins and forward them to the regional agency
Work with your agency to manage contracts, endorsements, bonuses and overtime, passing on the necessary information to the administrative departments for payroll and invoicing.
Monitor site KPIs to ensure effective management and take corrective action where necessary.
Achieve key performance indicators and improve customer service

The teams work in two shifts from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Your assets

- Start date: ideally July 20, 2026

- Previous experience in distribution, preferably in a site supervision or team management role,

- A two- or three-year post-secondary degree in management, business, administration, or a related field,

- Ideally, you have some successful experience in site supervision and team leadership,

- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to manage and motivate teams,

- Proficiency in the IT tools needed to manage site operations,

- Versatility, sense of responsibility and results orientation,

- Team spirit, active listening and ability to take initiative
